Optional Personalization Service: If you choose to purchase personalization we will contact you with personalization options available for this item. You will then receive a digital mock-up to approve prior to production. Please check your junkmail folders if you have not received a response within 48 hours. If we don't hear a reply back from you within two weeks, your Personalization will be cancelled and your order sent without.
If you purchase non-personalized items along with one or more personalized items, your entire order will ship together as soon as the personalization is complete.
Personalization costs $18/item and charges are processed during checkout; however, the personalization charge is fully refundable up until the mock-up is approved.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for shipment of personalized item(s). We are unable to accept returns/exchanges for personalized items.
