We are KicKee Pants! You may have noticed that we have recently changed the spelling of the brand name. Rest assured, we are still the same company, with the same philosophy and same employees. The change was to offer more global protection for the brand for trademark purposes. We are very excited to be able to offer the line in the world market and look forward to serving the needs of our customers in the years to come...with a slightly different spelling! We offer to ship for a flat rate of $5.00 (UPS, FedEx or USPS determined by KicKee Pants) anywhere in the contiguous United States, not including Alaska, Hawaii or outlying territories. Regular shipping rates determined by UPS, FedEx or USPS will be assessed for other locations including international shipments. Please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote for your order. While we do our best to ship your order out the same or next day, we ask that you please allow up to two weeks for delivery. Please allow up to 4 weeks for standard delivery on orders placed during large-scale events or promos. Feel free to contact us if you would like to add expedited shipping to your order; additional rates apply.

Our goal is to ensure that you receive your order in excellent condition; however, we recognize that incidents happen and errors occur during the shipping and delivery process. That is why we offer package protection! We hope this process is easy and helpful for you!
Our package protection helps us protect you from uncontrollable factors during the shipping process. Orders that qualify for package protection will be able to choose this service at checkout! Please note; orders that have opted out of package protection do not qualify for compensation for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you are not fully satisfied with your KicKee Pants purchase, we do accept returns!

  • Please notify us of any order problems within 60 days of purchase.
  • When your return is processed within 60 days of order date, we will issue you a store credit (amount of purchase value + 6%!).  If within this time period, you may opt for a refund instead (amount of purchase value only).  Please email us if you prefer the refund.
  • After 60 days from your original purchase, if the item is in its original condition with the tags still on, we will provide store credit for the original purchase value. If the item is not in its original condition, we will provide store credit for the current value of the item.*
  • *For always available products (such as adult bedding and non-seasonal items), we will provide store credit for 75% of the original purchase value. After 120 days from original purchase, we will provide store credit for 50% of the original purchase value.
  • For items purchased from another retailer, we will provide store credit for the lowest retail value of the item.*
  • *For always available products, we will provide store credit for 50% of the current value.
  • There is a maximum of $500 credit per household per year.
  • KicKee does not provide or refund return shipping on international orders.
Store Credit is applied to your account and is non-transferable.

We are unable to accept returns of the following:
  • Custom items, or products that were sold exclusive to retailers
  • Items that have been personalized
  • Samples
  • Items purchased during a Final Sale promotion (noted in fine print on the ad or email)

We do not treat any of our garments with flame retardant chemicals. All of our sleepwear complies with the "snug fitting" guidelines for products not treated with flame retardant.

While our garments fit true to size, some styles are intended to have a more fitted look while others are roomier and therefore may fit your child differently. If you have questions about a specific garment, please contact us!
All of our 2 piece Pajama Sets are made to fit quite snugly to keep your little one extra safe! Federal regulations require sleepwear that is not treated with flame retardants to be snug fitting. You can rest easy knowing that our pajamawear are flame retardant free and safe for baby and big kid alike! We recommend trying on before washing.

All of our Footies and Coveralls can now be used as sleepwear as well! These styles are now snug-fitting in sizes 9-12 and up! All of our "Fitted Coverall" styles are snug-fitting in all available sizes. Again, we recommend trying on before washing.

We now include a Search by Size feature within all of our category pages! Simply choose a category or search by keyword, and then choose the size you need from the dropdown. This will show you everything in that category or page currently available in the size you need!

Our fabric is so soft that there is no way to make our prints equally as soft (although we try!!). If you are looking for the softest possible clothing for your little one, keep an eye out for out stripes and solids - there is no printing at all on these pieces. After that, the rule of thumb is that the less printing there is, the softer the fabric will feel. That said, most of our prints remain incredibly soft, and if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly exchange it for you!

All of our fabrics are machine washable, built to last, and are designed for everyday comfort.

Signature Bamboo
Lightweight and delightfully smooth, our signature bamboo fabric feels exceptionally soft against skin and stretches for maximum comfort. Great as a layering tee on cooler days or worn solo during warmer weather. Fabric content: 95% Viscose from Bamboo, 5% Spandex.

Luxe/Luxe Jersey
Our Luxe/Luxe Jersey fabric is a perfect blend of stretchy, soft bamboo fibers with supple cotton. This slightly more dense fabric retains all of the buttery softness of our signature bamboo but with a thicker feel, making it perfect for outside sports or as a solo layer in spring or fall. Fabric content: 70% Viscose from Bamboo, 20% Cotton, 5% Spandex.

Fleece/Bamboo Fleece
The interior of our Bamboo Fleece feels plush and wonderfully soft against skin while the outside is smooth, with a clean look. This fabric will have the traditional feel of a cotton sweatshirt but with the added benefit of stretch and durability from the bamboo fiber blend. Fabric content: 68% Viscose from Bamboo, 27% Cotton, 5% Spandex.

Quilted Bamboo
A dense and pliable fabric made of a layer of cozy polyester batting sandwiched between two layers of our signature bamboo. The quilted stitching makes for a cozy, extra warm feel that performs great in blankets, jackets, and baby sleep sacks. Fabric Content: 95% Viscose from Bamboo, 5% Spandex, (Lining) 100% Poly

Pure Knitted
Our Pure Knitted fabric utilizes a luxuriously soft yarn for a classic and timeless look. This midweight fabric brings style and texture to many of our most cherished items, such as baby rompers, blankets, cardigans and throws. Fabric Content: 100% Viscose from Bamboo

Pure Woven
Silky bamboo fibers are woven together into an airy and deliciously soft fabric. Fabric Content: 100% Rayon from Bamboo

Sateen Weave
Like silk against your skin, our Sateen Weave is the reason our sheets, pillowcases and duvets are known for the gift of a heavenly night's sleep. Luxuriously silky to the touch and naturally cooling, KICKEE’s Sateen Weave feels like decadent silk wash after wash. Fabric Content: 100% Viscose from Bamboo

Coated Woven
Combining all of the luxurious softness of our Pure Woven fabric with a fully waterproof Polyurethane backing, our Coated Woven fabric was designed with comfort and dryness in mind. Fabric Content: 100% Viscose from Bamboo (Polyurethane backing)

Looks like jeans, but feels like a dream. Our Denim is a glorious blend of super-soft fibers for a result that is soft and supple for superb comfort. Fabric Content: 30% Viscose from Bamboo, 30% fresh linen, 38% plush cotton, and 2% Spandex

What is the best way to wash and dry KicKee fabric?

We recommend to machine wash with cold water and tumble dry on low or delicate cycle.

Our fabric is quite delicate and should not be washed or dried with items with zippers or Velcro. We also recommend washing the garment inside out to preserve the print or prevent pilling. Many KicKee lovers use Woolite, Dreft or Free & Clear to wash and use hang/flat drying techniques.

We are able to extend the discount pricing to orders placed before the sale (up to 5 days prior) if requested within 7 days of the sale or promotion, unless otherwise noted in promotion rules. Price adjustment will be provided by in store credit. Price adjustments exclude store-wide sales and promotions.

KicKee Pants comes out with 6 new collections for you each year. In order to have all those great new designs come in, we have to let older prints go out. Seasonal stock is only intended to last for a few months so that we can have room to bring in the newer collections when they release. This means products come in and out of stock relatively quickly - especially our most popular items. That said, we do not want to run out of stock on full price items that are in season - we want to run out of stock when they are out of season and marked down. The issue is predicting how much we will need - not only which prints and styles will be the most popular, but how much growth our site will experience. We restock our most popular Basic items year round. If we are currently out of a Basic item, please feel free to
contact us
to see when we might receive more of this item.
Seasonal stock is only intended to last a few months so that we are able to create room for new collections. Generally, if a Seasonal item (anything that is not named "Basic") is no longer in stock; we will not expect to receive more.
Occasionally, if we have fabric at the end of the season,we are able to produce replenishment on items that have previously been marked out of stock. Because we do not know what we will be left with until the end of a season we are not able to confirm whether a specific item will become available again or not. Keep an eye out on our Facebook page for updates on styles that we are able to bring back in!

I saw that you offer Vinyl Personalization on a selection of items. Can you tell me about the vinyl and how to care for it?

The vinyl used is a stretch heat transfer vinyl and is applied with heat and pressure. It is independently lab tested and safe for application on children's products.

To care for personalized garments, we recommend to machine wash gently with cold water and tumble dry on low or delicate cycle to prevent the vinyl from warping.
As any KicKee garment, it should not be washed or dried with items with zippers or Velcro. We also recommend washing the garment inside out to preserve the vinyl.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for personalized items.
